I got myself a Sony 28-70mm lens for my new A7ii, and it’s just awesome. It’s in great shape, almost looks brand new. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that I opted for Express 24 delivery. Even though SRS Microsystems shipped it out ahead of time, the delivery service sent me a random SMS saying my order was delayed and would arrive the next working day, without any clear reason. Aside from that hiccup, I’m really pleased with my lens and will definitely be shopping with this company again. Highly recommend them, but they might wanna think about getting a more dependable delivery service. Thanks again, SRS Microsystems! :)

I took a tip to reach out to SRS about selling my Pentax lens on a commission. They set up a deal that was super clear and worked out well for everyone involved. The lens was gone in no time. While I was at it, I asked for suggestions on a travel-friendly bag that could hold a gripped SLR (with L-plate) and an 80-400 lens, plus a spare camera body and two pro lenses. They pointed me to a bag (Tenba Solstice) that had room for some extra gear, and after checking it out in-store (the salesman was awesome too), I knew it was just what I needed. After my recent adventure in Southern Africa, I can say SRS really delivered. They also helped my partner find a slightly smaller bag, and she was totally happy with her choice. SRS is definitely on my top list of go-to photography shops.

Along with expert guidance, SRS took care of a malfunctioning flash and an Olympus lens that I wasn't satisfied with. Now, I've upgraded to a better Panasonic lens and returned the flash for a credit since they weren't pleased with it either. This kind of authentic support and reliable service is what keeps me coming back.

I gotta share my experience with SRS. I've shopped there a bunch of times and have always been pleased, even when they sent me the wrong item, which they sorted out super fast. Mistakes happen, but it’s all about how you deal with 'em that counts.
